At junior training sessions on Tuesday evenings, we offer a social run for juniors of secondary-school age. This is in addition (or an alternative) to the more intensive session for Years 7 to 13 aimed at the those wishing to prepare for competition. The social run distance is usually around 5k and is led by Rachel assisted by others from our coaching team. Rachel has now published a schedule of the the social run routes along with a map showing each of the 4 current routes. These can be viewed on our website here https://settleharriers.org/2020/02/social-run-routes/
