This year, 2025, three junior fell races are being held as part of The Three Peaks Race 70th Anniversary celebrations.

Race Information

    Saturday 26th April 2025

  • Start Time & Location

    The junior race start will be in the field above Horton-in-Ribblesdale Railway Station.

    Please allow 15 minutes walk from the registration field

    • U12 Race 11.30am
    • U14 Race 12.00am
    • U17 Race 12.30am

  • Car Parking

    Please car share or come on the train if possible.
    Parking will be available on the Horton-in-Ribblesdale Playing Fields.
    There will be a charge of £5.00 per car, cash only.

  • Distance

    U12 Approx. 1 mile
    U14 Approx. 1.5 miles
    U17 Approx.  2 miles

  • Race Categories

    There are three junior races one for each category.

    • U12 Girls & Boys
    • U14 Girls & Boys
    • U17 Girls & Boys

    The runners’ category is their age on the day.

    Minimum age 9 years old.

  • Race Kit

    Junior runners must be prepared to carry or wear a waterproof jacket, hat, and gloves.

  • Entry

  • Race Limit

    30 runners for each category
